General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between iGolfinstructor and its customers regarding the use of our golf academy management and booking platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions

• Service: The iGolfinstructor platform, including all features, applications, and related services
• User: Any person or entity using our platform (Golfer, Pro, or Manager)
• Pro: A golf instructor or coach using our platform for professional services
• Manager: An administrator of a golf academy or organization
• Golfer: A student or customer booking lessons through our platform

Scope of Services

iGolfinstructor provides:

• Online booking and scheduling platform for golf lessons
• Payment processing integration
• Customer relationship management tools
• Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Cloud-based data storage and management
• Email notifications and reminders

Account Registration and Use

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing and Payment

• Golfers: Free account with no subscription fees
• Pros: €29.95 per month (excl. VAT), billed monthly or annually with 5% discount
• Managers: Custom pricing based on academy size and requirements

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner Mollie.

Cancellation and Refunds

Pro and Manager subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited in accordance with the ICT Nederland general terms and conditions. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain the property of iGolfinstructor. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
